Terms and conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n This is a survey with the productive sector to gain insight into the overview of personal data protection in Brazil<\/strong>, especially contemplating the following:<\/p>\n It was developed by LGPD Business Forum<\/strong> (hub<\/em>\u00a0to seek synergy from the private sector for legal security and promotion of the data protection culture), in partnership with ABES - Brazilian Association of Software Companies (class entity with national coverage, headquartered in S\u00e3o Paulo\/SP that supplies and manages this research tool).<\/p>\n To use the tool and participate in the survey, just reflect the\u00a0information about the company's reality<\/strong> representing, which should last around 8 minutes. The expectation is that the survey will be available for completion by 10.31.<\/p>\n The user's personal data or any other information that could directly identify the company is not requested. Also make sure that no personal data will be entered into the editable fields, including especially sensitive data. The opening of the survey contains elements for classifying responses as to:<\/p>\n If the questionnaire is not completed, the completion will be lost and participation will only be considered if the user restarts with new access.
