ABES \u2013 Brazilian Association of Software Companies \u2013 will hold an International Roundtable \u2013 Agribusiness Innovations, on August 11, at 8:30 am, to debate the topic and show what new technologies are being applied in the agribusiness production chain and how they are revolutionizing the sector and improving the quality of agricultural production, the sustainable use of soil and natural resources, and increased productivity. On the one hand, Brazil, with its agricultural power and the world's breadbasket, and on the other, the incredible Israeli innovation ecosystem, which is already successfully exploring the Brazilian market and has a lot to help in increasing productivity,\u201d says Faldini.<\/p>\n The innovations in the Brazilian market will be brought by Silvia Massruh\u00e1, General Head and Researcher at Embrapa Inform\u00e1tica Agropecu\u00e1ria; and Andr\u00e9 Koji Fukugati, manager of Open Innovation Projects at Bayer in Latin America. \u201cBy 2050 it is estimated that the planet's population will increase by more than 2 billion people, consequently demanding a 50% food production greater than what we have today. In order for this leap in productivity not to deplete our planet, we will need an increasingly efficient and rational use of natural resources. Innovation, digital transformation and sustainability are essential to meet these challenges and capture opportunities. It is impossible to resolve these issues alone, and for that reason, innovation needs to be a collaborative process.
