\u00a0ABES ACADEMY, education sector of the Brazilian Association of Software Companies (ABES), launches a new class of the \u201cGeneral Data Protection Law: fundamentals and implementation \u2013 the most complete course on the LGPD\u201d. Conducted online, the course has 8 classes lasting 3 hours each and takes place from 4 pm to 7 pm, from 10\/18 to 10\/21 and from 10\/25 to 28, with a total workload of 24 hours. Places are limited and interested parties can register on here<\/a> and there is also a discount for group registrations.<\/p>\n The Data Protection Law was enacted in 2018 and entered into force on September 18, 2020 - with the publication of Law 14.058\/20 - remaining in force Articles 52, 53 and 54, which deal with administrative sanctions, which entered into effective August 1st.
