However, the issue still raises doubts and, to discuss the matter, ABES \u2013 Brazilian Association of Software Companies will promote, on December 1st, at 8:30 am, a Virtual Roundtable on the New Bidding Law in the area of TI, in which the impacts of this legislation will be analyzed by Lara Brainer, Director of the Purchasing Center at the Ministry of Economy.<\/p>\n<p>The event, which is free and will be translated into pounds, is in line with the creation of the Public Procurement WG, in 2020, which aims to present proposals for modernization, simplification, transparency and greater legal certainty in this market segment, based on the dialogue the association with the Executive and Legislative powers, in addition to suggesting strategies that include public purchases as a transforming factor for public services, accelerating the digital economy and inducing innovation, among other initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>ABES remains firm in its purpose of contributing to the construction of a digital and less unequal Brazil, in which information technology plays a fundamental role in the democratization of knowledge and the creation of new opportunities for all, in an inclusive and equitable manner. \u201cWe are committed to providing relevant content and services to our members and the market in general.
