Coordinated by Dr. Tereza Cristina Melo de Brito Carvalho, the program aims to train low-income young people in citizenship, microcomputers and computing, with subsequent placement in the job market and follow-up for a period of 3 years. In addition to helping to facilitate the training course for students with computers for in-person and online classes, the partnership will enable the employability of these students with ABES associates.

"The Paideia Program is in its fourth class and already presents significant results, changing the perspective of life of young people who start to have a new path involving obtaining their first job or deepening their studies, sometimes with courses at the same level. superior or upgrade programs. This ABES initiative further strengthens this program, whose goal is to expand into the national territory”, declares Dr. Tereza Cristina Melo de Brito Carvalho, coordinator of LASSU.

“Mobilization to reduce inequality ensures, free of charge, simply and easily, that companies, regardless of their size, can adhere to the best socio-environmental governance practices, in line with the UN Global Compact.
