The Startups Legal Framework introduced changes in the innovation ecosystem and opened the way for public bodies and companies to establish a Public Contract for Innovative Solutions (CPSI) with startups. Aware of this scenario, ABES \u2013 Brazilian Association of Software Companies promoted a event<\/a><\/strong> with the participation of experts from the sector in which it launched the\u00a0Guide on the Special Regime for Public Procurement<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n Sanctioned on June 1, 2021, the Legal Framework for Startups (MLS) provides for the Public Contract for Innovative Solutions (CPSI), a bidding process that allows public managers to test solutions to solve problems in Brazilian public management.
