One of the updates will be bringing the production made by\u00a0<strong>curators\u00a0<\/strong>of the Brasil Digital para Todos movement, regarding the elaboration of the\u00a0<strong>e-book<\/strong>\u00a0about\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/institutobrasildigital.org.br\/biblioteca\/tecnologias_digitais_habilitadoras_v01\/\">Enabling Digital Technologies<\/a>\u00a0-\u00a0<strong>TDH.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Motivation II \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Research of\u00a0<strong>Accenture<\/strong>\u00a0published in January 2023, called: Total Enterprise Reinvention.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-64705 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.abes.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/FOTO-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"421\" height=\"135\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.abes.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/FOTO-2.jpg 421w, https:\/\/dev.abes.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/FOTO-2-300x96.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dev.abes.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/FOTO-2-18x6.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 421px) 100vw, 421px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here&#039;s some of\u00a0<strong>interesting research:\u00a0<\/strong>Total Enterprise Reinvention<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>RESEARCH REPORT<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>After the pandemic, most large company management teams have been transforming their companies faster than ever.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>But one group of organizations is quietly and systematically changing the dynamics in their industries, ushering in a new strategic imperative.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>They are the \u201cReinventors\u201d, who embrace what we call \u201cTotal Enterprise Reinvention\u201d, a deliberate strategy that aims to establish a new frontier of performance.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>A strategy centered around a strong digital core that helps drive growth and streamline operations.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Reinventors report outperforming their peers in incremental revenue growth and improved cost reduction\u2014and long-term sustainable value creation.<\/em><em style=\"color: #333333;font-size: 22px\">\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>the new imperative<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>The pandemic and the unprecedented challenges of the past three years have put CEOs and their management teams to the test. After the pandemic, most managers in large companies are seizing the opportunity to transform more and faster than ever before\u2014what we call \u201ccompressed transformation\u201d\u2014and confirming that all strategies imply more technology. We call these companies \u201cTransformers\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Some organizations are quietly and systematically changing the game in their industries, driving a new imperative. These are the Reinventors, who use their experience as Changemakers to embrace Total Enterprise Reinvention.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Our research shows that only 8% of companies move to adopt a Total Enterprise Reinvention strategy. Most\u201486%\u2014are Transformers. These focus on transforming part of their business rather than all of it and tend to treat transformation as a finite program, not an ongoing process.
