Are you a technology student and would like to start your career within the largest HR Tech in the country? LG Lugar de gente has registrations open for the Onset \u2013 Internship Program 2024\/1.\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
The opportunities are for academics from Goi\u00e1s and Minas Gerais and seeks to connect university students of different ages for an experience of exchanging knowledge without fear of innovation. Those interested need to study technology from the 3rd period onwards and understand IT. The vacancies are focused on the areas of Development, Support and Planning.\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
With no prior experience required, Onset lasts one year, with a workload of 30 hours per week, and a talent retention rate of 83%. Furthermore, in the first few months, interns participate in training with LG Luga de gente experts and have the opportunity to migrate between departments for a complete experience.\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
Hitallo Oliveira, Implementation and Services Manager at the company, recalled how his journey began: \u201cI met LG through the publicity of the Internship Program, which took place within the college I was attending. In 2018, I applied and was approved as an Intern in the Project Management area.\u201d\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
With determination and dedication, Hitallo was hired at the company: \u201cAt the beginning of 2019 I took on the role of Project Manager, which allowed me to experience several challenges that empowered me and made it possible to occupy a new role, as Implementation Coordinator. I stayed in this position for over a year and was able to support the training of several Project Managers and Implementation Consultants, contributing to the growth of the department and LG as a whole.\u201d\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
