There are 50 vacancies distributed across the offices in S\u00e3o Paulo, S\u00e3o Carlos and Bras\u00edlia, and anyone aged between 16 and 22 and who is currently studying or graduated from high school can participate. The workload will be defined directly with the manager and can be 4 hours, with remuneration of R$ 864, or 6 hours, with a stipend of R$ 1,295, in addition to benefits such as transport vouchers, meal vouchers, medical and dental assistance, life insurance and Gympass. In addition to the work routine, young people will have access to other activities such as training and mentoring. \u201cWe are committed to training participants for their day-to-day corporate routine, ensuring they have essential skills for the market. This includes skills such as teamwork, planning and communication. We recognize the importance of contact with colleagues from different areas and support from managers as fundamental elements in this learning process\u201d, comments Gabriela Ferreira.<\/u><\/u><\/u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n
