In addition to interpersonal skills, the PROA course offers optional specialization in Administration, Excel and Power BI, Retail, Logistics, UX Design, Brand Promotion, Financial Education or Customer Service.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

The vacancies are exclusive to students who have completed high school in public schools or who are completing this year. They are distributed by state, with 15 thousand for S\u00e3o Paulo, 8 thousand for Rio de Janeiro, 4 thousand for Minas Gerais and 2 thousand for Rio Grande do Sul. The states of Paran\u00e1, Santa Catarina, Mato Grosso do Sul, Pernambuco and Bahia will have 1 thousand vacancies each and Goi\u00e1s and Distrito Federal will receive 750 vacancies, respectively.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

The course<\/strong><\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

To participate in the selection process, interested parties must register on the PROA website, then answer a basic Portuguese Language and Logical Reasoning test and, if approved, proceed to the stage of filling out personal data to enroll in the course. .<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

The course is 100 hours long and is divided into four modules, which prepare students for their first job. The themes are: Self-knowledge, Professional Project, Logical Reasoning and Communication. Once a week, young people participate in live remote meetings mediated by tutors.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Young people can choose to take a 5th module with a specific technical track. There are eight careers to choose from, sponsored by large companies, with 50 hours of preparation for each: Administration (P&G), Logistics (P&G), Excel and Power BI (Microsoft), Retail (Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Casas Bahia), UX Design (Accenture), Brand Promotion (BRF), Financial Education (Bloomberg + Dahlia Capital) and Customer Service (IMFG + Grupo Bmg).\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

At the end of the course, participants receive a certificate of completion and access to an exclusive job vacancy platform.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
