Leader in AI and data opens registrations for four editions of introductory courses in analytics, which will take place online, live and on Saturdays<\/i><\/p>\n

SAS, a global leader in data and AI, announces the opening of four courses for free training for professionals interested in entering the analytics area. In the online format, live and on one Saturday a month, interested parties from all over Brazil can now register. It is not necessary to have any prior knowledge of technology to participate, just be curious to learn and better understand the world of data analysis.<\/p>\n

\"\"On April 6th and May 15th, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, the \u201cSAS Guide for Beginners\u201d will take place. In this course, instructors will present general data analysis concepts and the SAS Enterprise Guide tool, as well as basic structures for importing and transforming data into information, resulting in graphical flows for visualization.<\/p>\n

Another course that will be offered is \u201cSAS Dev for Beginners\u201d, which aims to introduce students to the world of programming for data analysis and SAS technologies, such as SAS Studio. Interested parties can register for the course on May 11th or July 20th, both from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.<\/p>\n

\u201cHaving the ability to apply analytics in different business contexts to solve problems, create products or improve the productivity of an operation is to be a highly valued professional in the market\u201d, says the country manager of SAS Brasil, Andr\u00e9 Novo. \u201cIn Brazil, a country where there is a lack of qualified labor in the area, we managed to train 3,400 people in 2023 and we reinforce our commitment to the free training of even more professionals throughout 2024.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the most recent edition of \u201cThe Future of Jobs<\/a>\u201d, from the World Economic Forum (WEF), the data scientist career is identified as one of the most promising in the coming years. Robert Half's 2024 Salary Guide shows that professionals specializing in data science stand out with the highest salary range in the IT area, with values from R$ 13 thousand to R$ 21 thousand.<\/p>\n
