The largest pharmaceutical retail company in Brazil has new job opportunities in May. RD Sa\u00fade, which includes the Raia and Drogasil pharmacies, has 1,500 vacancies open across the country for\u00a0immediate start<\/strong>. The states of Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and Santa Catarina are urgently needed for hiring.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n As part of the policy of internally training and training its professionals, the company opens up opportunities even for those looking for their first job. Regardless of age, RD Sa\u00fade does not require experience from candidates. Enjoying working with the public and taking care of people is a fundamental requirement.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n For the more than 800 opportunities as an attendant, the requirement is to have completed high school and be over 18 years old. \u201cWe closely monitor all employees who enter the network. The idea is to offer opportunities and training so that those who start at the register can eventually reach management\u201d, says Daniel Moraes, who joined the company as an attendant 27 years ago and is now director of People and Culture at RD Sa\u00fade.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n There are also vacancies for parking advisors and exclusive vacancies for people with disabilities for the position of operational assistant. For these two roles, you must have primary education and be 18 years old. Candidates with disabilities must present a medical report.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n RD Sa\u00fade is also hiring pharmacists. Candidates must have completed a degree in Pharmacy and must be registered with the Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF). Professionals receive training to assist customers in matters related to health and well-being, in addition to selling medicines.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n \u201cThis year we opened an undergraduate course in Pharmacy to increasingly position RD Sa\u00fade as a center for health, care and well-being. Our employees are prepared to provide health services such as rapid tests and vaccinations\u201d, explains Moraes.
