They have led to new terms, concepts and methodologies that are responses to the reality we experience.<\/p>\n<p>This new reality, changing and at great speed, has required a lot of creativity and innovation from People and Organizations, in many aspects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New terms and concepts of the relationship: People x Organizations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There are those who understand that the Person in their Organization needs <strong>acquire and dispose<\/strong> of skills <em>hard <\/em>and <em>soft skills<\/em>, to obtain the <strong><em>real skills.<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Scott Hartley wrote the book in 2017: <strong>Fuzzy and Techie: Because the humanities will dominate the digital world.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I wrote about the topic above, in <a href=\"https:\/\/opticanet.com.br\/secao\/colunaseartigos\/12129\/profissional-de-humanas-ou-de-exatas-quem-se-dara-melhor\">September 2018 article<\/a>. After almost 6 years, it is surprising to see how changes, digital transformation and technological revolution, have greatly changed the <strong>relationship<\/strong>: People x Organizations.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIn a competitive and rapidly changing job market, recruiters are looking for professionals with unique skills and characteristics that they have acquired through personal experiences. After soft skills come \u201cmad skills\u201d, \u201cincredible\u201d or \u201coutstanding\u201d skills, in Portuguese, which involve hobbies or personal interests and which make a professional different and special.\u201d<\/em>. <a href=\"https:\/\/forbes.com.br\/carreira\/2023\/10\/mad-skills-como-seus-hobbies-podem-te-ajudar-a-conseguir-um-emprego\/\">Forbes 10\/24\/2023.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Below, <strong>six<\/strong> grounds for the Person to have the desirable <strong>Purpose<\/strong> to be <strong>Protagonist in Innovation and Digital Transformation: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/brasildigitalparatodos.org.br\/\">Source: BDT <\/a>\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1 \u2013 Develop the Agile Mindset in People and Organizations<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The Agile Mindset is a mentality and a culture, far beyond rites and processes, fundamental for Innovation and Digital Transformation and for the consolidation of Society.\u00a0<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2 \u2013 Change Management for Exponential Organizations<\/em><\/strong><em>\u200b<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The transformation of traditional organizations into exponential ones and the implementation of a culture of Innovation and Digital Transformation requires robust and assertive change management.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3 \u2013 Transform Conflicts into Results<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The new processes and business models enhanced by Innovation and Digital Transformation trigger a set of changes that can generate different opinions and resistance, which will naturally become conflicts that will need to be dealt with appropriately.\u00a0<\/em><em>\u200b<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>4 \u2013 Consolidate the Organizational Culture of Innovation and Digital Transformation<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Innovation and Digital Transformation require a new repertoire and a new mindset from people and a new culture from organizations based on\u00a0<strong>seven pillars<\/strong> that interact and complement each other in the training of professionals in the new economy.\u00a0<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>They are: \u200b<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Customer Focus;
