The event, which will be held at the InovaUSP space on June 13th, is aimed at undergraduate and postgraduate students at USP, and will feature the participation of companies associated with ABES and partners of the RH Tech Program<\/i><\/p>\n

\"\"ABES \u2013 Brazilian Association of Software Companies holds, in partnership with the InovaUSP Research and Innovation Center, the first edition of the RH Tech Talent Fair, which will enable undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University of S\u00e3o Paulo to interact directly with companies that will be exhibiting their vacancies at all levels. Open to interested students \u2013 especially those studying Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Accounting, Law, Design, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Marketing and Communication, Mathematics, Psychology and Information Systems \u2013 the fair is an excellent opportunity for students to explore career and internship possibilities.\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Participation is free for both students and companies. A registration form was made available for students interested in participating. The first 100 registrants to arrive at the event will receive a welcome kit. Everyone attending the opening lectures, which take place from 2pm to 3pm, will be able to request a certificate of participation.\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

For Jamile Sabatini Marques, Director of Innovation and Promotion at ABES and leader of the Think Tank, the event is the chance that students will have to create connections with companies associated with ABES and also with the partners of the RH Tech Program, maintained by ABES and which encourages talent development, promotes updates on employability in technology and encourages strategic discussions on topics such as career management, talent retention, team development, hybrid work models, inclusion and diversity. \u201cABES brings together around 2,000 member companies, which are actively looking for new talent, especially in the areas of information and communication technology. Therefore, we consider the participation of students in the RH Tech Talent Fair as a unique opportunity for those who want to strengthen their networking and want to be aware of the reality of their job market\u201d, he declares.
