It should not be an exhaustive topic, and its strengths and areas for improvement should always be highlighted.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, we should support <strong>so that you can <\/strong>be a form of work, (when possible to be applied \u2013 depending on the segment etc.) <strong>to bring<\/strong> the best cost-benefit ratio for People and their Organizations.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first article on the subject, which I am writing on July 31st. On August 7th, 2024, I will write the second one, covering other aspects, in addition to those that follow.<\/p>\n<p>The debates around the Home Office, <strong>tend to stand out<\/strong> plus the negative aspects resulting from its application, when compared with its various positive aspects.<\/p>\n<p>The Home Office is new, there is still a lot to evolve and there is room for it, when it comes to <strong>maximization<\/strong> of its positive aspects and the <strong>mitigation<\/strong> of its negative effects.<\/p>\n<p>Because of this, <strong>I relate<\/strong> some of the <strong>spots <\/strong>most relevant and complex issues that impact the topic. With them we can seek the best alternatives for a good and effective Home Office policy. <strong>Here are the points:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>To practice<\/strong> a new communication, with effectiveness in its Results, paying special attention to the topic. Good and adequate communication can make a Difference, as to whether the Home Office works well or not, between work colleagues and the leadership and those led. For example, practicing non-violent, welcoming and serving communication, in order to increase psychological safety so that communication brings better results;<\/li>\n<li><strong>To work <\/strong>new organizational culture \u2013 In the Home Office it is even more essential to develop a culture of trust, which must be collaborative and autonomous;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Offer<\/strong> technology with cloud systems, suitable hardware, secure providers for the systems, <em>Robotic Process Automation \u2013 RPA<\/em> and Artificial Intelligence \u2013 AI;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invest<\/strong> in ergonomic structure and equipment, for the good development of work;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Train and develop<\/strong>, to constantly increase the Person&#039;s level of knowledge and adapt the way of working, being more consultative than operational; due to the use of technological resources, which must be able to handle this;<\/li>\n<li><strong>To accompany<\/strong> the performance of professionals. This does not mean controlling, but helping them to be more productive and effective, so that they deliver their work with commitment and quality;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invest<\/strong> in benefits that bring effective Quality of Life, with psychological security, physical and mental health, which also reflects and produces a positive impact on the family, with a balance between personal and professional life, through flexible working hours, for example; and<\/li>\n<li><strong>Protect<\/strong> confidential data and information of the company, professionals and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In summary, here are some relevant points that <strong>should deserve attention<\/strong> for the Home Office to work well, with good results:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Communication<\/strong> effective, adapted to the reality arising from the Home Office;<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening a new <strong>Culture<\/strong> Organizational;<\/li>\n<li>Bigger and better <strong>discipline<\/strong> and commitment of professionals;<\/li>\n<li>Mental health care, <strong>obesity<\/strong>, concern with isolation, etc.; for an effective better Quality of Life; and<\/li>\n<li>Micromanagement of activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Regarding Mental Health, the edition of <a href=\"https:\/\/nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.planalto.gov.br%2Fccivil_03%2F_ato2023-2026%2F2024%2Flei%2Fl14831.htm&amp;data=05%7C02%7Csuzana%40aspr.com.br%7C5ed30ff0488848cb075a08dcb166df55%7C0824f422df4941748527e3df6c4e8698%7C0%7C0%7C638580302674642495%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=dobhMxC9QhLTMXevi9nWZ1OM4DlZmoms5WIgI4jFH5U%3D&amp;reserved=0\">Law 14.831\/2024<\/a>, which established the Mental Health Promoting Company Certificate and which also requires its regulation.<\/p>\n<p>It is worth remembering that Brazil appears as the fourth worst country in terms of mental health rates on the planet.
