Select \u201cParticipate\u201d in the desired process to submit proposals and receive notifications about the progress. Check deadlines, documents and available notices. After logging in and selecting the process, send proposals and attachments via the Quotes and Disputes tab, by clicking on \u201cOffer Value\u201d.
